The report on the opening of an administrative case against her was written by Colonel Bekbol Korganbayev, head of the department "for combating extremism" of the Mangistau region Police Department. On 30 January, she published a Facebook post in which she wrote that during her administrative detention from 6 to 26 January, Korganbayev Bekbol came to her, threatened her and demanded that she stop her human rights activities, adding that "it would end badly".

2) On 17 February, a court hearing was held on a politically motivated administrative case under Article 73 Part 3 ("defamation") against civil society activist Aigul Akberdieva.
An illegal fine of $1,260 was imposed for REPOSTING a publication about Colonel Zhumagali Boken, head of the Beyneu district police department in Mangistau region.

On the report of Zhumagali Boken, activist Sholpan Otekeyeva from Zhanaozen was sent to administrative detention for 20 days for "slander". He also wrote a report about "slander" against Ulbolsyn Turdiyeva (awaiting trial on this report).
